CHIA SEEDS

We use chia seeds as a strategy. They're super-high in fiber which is essential to balance insulin levels. Chia seeds also rank among the top plant-based sources of protein, helping to reduce your appetite.

FROZEN TO FRESH

Storage suggestion: bread can be stored at room temperature in a cool, dry place for up to 2 days. However, for optimum freshness, slice the bread and store it in freezer upon first day of purchase. You can keep it frozen for up to 6 months.

Serving suggestion: place the frozen slices in a covered frying pan over medium heat. Flip both sides. No fat is needed. For a crispy slice of bread, use toaster, air fryer or oven.
